CAN DE PAULA PUBLISHING (ENGAGELISTING.COM) REQUIRE ANY ADDITIONAL PAYMENT BESIDES THE FEES WE PAID FOR THE CAMPAIGN?

No, De Paula Publishing is not entitled and will not require any additional payments. The transaction does not involve a partnership of any kind, and De Paula Publishing is not a licensed real estate broker, thus not allowed to charge or receive commissions on real estate sales.

 

WHAT DOES THE SERVICE ENTAIL?

The purpose of Engagelisting.com is to boost engagement for real estate listings, thus changing the popularity of the listing, by increasing the number of clicks on it, and possibly saves and shares. As a result zillow or realtor.com algorithms are driven to prioritize such listings over unpopular ones.

 

DOES THE SERVICE USE SPAM TECHNIQUES?

No, it does not.  The techniques are legal and are not considered spam. Clicks are generated by actual people.

 

IS THE SERVICE MANAGED AND SET UP BY AI?

No, the service is managed and set up by an experienced human but run through AI. This reduces your involvement, and ensure the service is being properly performed.

 

IS THERE ANY MINIMUM RESULT OFFERED BY THE CAMPAIGN?
No. Once in the media system, AI takes over and there are factors that may help generate or reduce the actual number of views, and thus, clicks, for instance, quality of photos on listing, price of property, desirability of location, area where the advertisement is appearing.

 

CAN I TRY A US$20.00 CAMPAIGN?

No. The reason why we set up a minimum campaign at US$100.00 is that any campaign at lesser amounts will not yield good results and will simply discourage you.

 

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM A 5-DAY, US$100.00 CAMPAIGN, FOR EXAMPLE?

We just did one, promoting a Florida property in New York. There were over 11,000 advertisement views, 559 clicks on the zillow listing, a 1/3 increase in saves and even a share. Prior to that the property had just 153 Zillow views in almost a year.

 

IS THIS A PROMOTION TO DRIVE SALES?

There may be property visits, and even sales generated by these promotions. However, the idea is to increase engagement with the listing in zillow or realtor.com, which places the property ahead of the competition.  That, in turn, will increase the probability of making a sale.

 

HOW CAN I GET BANG FROM THE BUCK?

Advertising to India, for instance, is much less expensive and will likely generate a large number of clicks in zillow, however, a reduced chance of making a sale from the promotion itself.  

 

WHY DON’T YOU OFFER A US$1,000.00 CAMPAIGN FOR 5 DAYS?

Such a campaign would likely trigger an excessive number of clicks and might be blocked due to behavior considered spammy.

WHAT DO I GET AFTER THE CAMPAIGN IS OVER?

You get a simple report, indicating the number of campaign views, number of clicks, saves and shares on the zillow listing.

 

WHAT ARE THE FEES BEING CHARGED?

Subscribers will pay an introductory, one time subscription fee of US$250.00. Set-up fees are charged for Pay-as-you-Go and Sale by Owner campaigns and waived for Subscribers. These fees cover the cost of setting up the campaign and putting together an ad. Campaign fees are the price being charged by media to broadcast the ad. Management fees cover the cost of managing campaigns on a daily basis and provide a campaign-end report.

 

HOW FAST CAMPAIGNS START TO RUN?

Normally one business day.

 

WILL I EVER BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONALLY SUBSCRIBER FEES IN THE FUTURE?

As long as subscribe during the Introductory period, you will have a life-time subscription. he website will announce when subscriptions turn annual.
